Sarah’s mission is simple, to help people step into their fullest potential and prioritise themselves and their health so that they can be successful – in whatever way they choose.
After having her life and career turned upside done with two major diagnoses and burnout, Sarah had the courage to leave her career in education.
She successfully navigated life with chronic illness alongside raising her family until the real challenge came when her children were diagnosed with their own collection of rare genetic diseases, connective tissue and neuro-inflammatory conditions : at times leaving them bed bound.
But, she did a full pivot, making her work life work for her while feeling aligned, happy and successful at work and at home.
Since 2015 Sarah has helped others on this journey, building on her education and biology background and her passion for humans and what makes people tick. She has spent the last 10 years helping others step into the best version of themselves and have success and happiness while supporting their health.
Sarah has experienced the same issues as so many driven women – from burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion, to contradictory advice around life, health and what it takes to be successful, and the disappointment and resilience required when life doesn’t go as planned.
The bottom line is Sarah talks from her heart : she is raw, relatable and real.

In case we haven’t met yet, I’m Sarah…
I have lived with two genetic conditions all my life, a large proportion of which was undiagnosed. Not letting anything get the better of me I navigated my way through Uni with a first class degree and climbed the ranks in my education career… I looked like I had it all, but found myself just surviving. If I’m honest I just didn’t know another way.
I slowly realised that although I was doing my best, I really wasn’t helping myself. There had to be another way. So I took the plunge and found it.
Leaving my career to support my health I learned new ways to be, to manage my anxiety, stress and feel less overwhelmed… I actually discovered who I was aside from the qualifications and job titles and liked who that was.
I’ve made my work, life and health work for me, whilst feeling aligned, happy and successful in the process.
Building on my education and biology background and my passion for humans and what makes people tick combined with rigorous training I now support others to live their best lives and know what is possible.

My coaching sessions with Sarah have left me feeling refreshed and full of positive energy. I’ve gained lots of insights and ideas and have taken some useful practical steps. Swapping the daily abstract panic and stress I felt about my need to return to work for a well-formed outcome focused on what I want to achieve for myself and my family feels really liberating and has opened up lots of possibilities in my mind. The practice of identifying and reflecting on what I want, and when I want it, has helped massively – paying attention to this as I go about my day to day is helping me to manage distractions and make decisions about how to use my time. This is pretty big for me, given the challenges presented by my ADHD. My new found awareness around my need for rest, relaxation and fun has been really beneficial and is helping me achieve greater balance and I feel better physically.
