Chronic illness, done differently.

Bespoke 1:1 coaching for women living with chronic illness, long-term conditions, or disability.

You’ve read enough to know this might be for you. Here’s what working together actually looks like. Packages from £1,100, tailored to where you are right now.

If this sounds familiar…

  • You’re tired of feeling stuck between what you want to do and what your body can realistically sustain.
  • You’ve been told it’s stress, or anxiety, or that your results are normal. And you’ve stopped trusting that anyone is actually listening.
  • New symptoms or setbacks knock your confidence more than you’d like.
  • You understand your condition, at least intellectually, but that hasn’t translated into steadiness or a way of managing life that actually works.
  • You find yourself caught between pushing through and pulling back, never quite sure where the real line is.

  • And somewhere along the way, you’ve lost trust in yourself.

    Not because you’re incapable.

Because living with chronic illness is complex, and most women are trying to navigate it without the right structures or support.

This work is built around one thing: capacity

This isn’t therapy. It isn’t symptom management. And it isn’t positive thinking dressed up as support.

Together we stabilise your nervous system, understand what your body can realistically sustain, and interrupt the patterns that keep pulling you into pushing, crashing, and starting again.

That means working on:

  • understanding your real capacity
  • regulating how your nervous system responds to pressure and uncertainty
  • making decisions that protect long-term stability
  • rebuilding trust in yourself and your body

Not by overriding your limits. Not by chasing the next fix.

By learning how to work with your body, your capacity, and your life as it is now. From the inside out.

RP, 1:1 COACHING CLIENT, UK.

“My sessions with Sarah left me feeling clearer and more grounded.
I moved from daily stress about returning to work to a focused plan that reflected what I actually want for myself and my family.
Learning to identify what matters, and when it matters, has helped me make better decisions and use my energy more intentionally.”

The Capacity First method.

Stabilise → Clarify → Lead

Real change becomes possible when life is rebuilt from a stable foundation rather than forced from the top down.

STABILISE

Nervous system and baseline.

We calm the nervous system and clarify your real baseline. This reduces the constant push-crash cycle and creates a steadier foundation for decision-making.

CLARIFY

Decision filters and capacity.

We introduce practical decision filters so choices stop being reactive. You begin making decisions that protect future capacity rather than depleting it.

LEAD

Identity + Sustainable life.

From this steadier place, we rebuild identity, boundaries, and direction so you can lead your life within the reality of your health, not in constant negotiation with it.

I now understand why my body is doing what it does and also what life changes need to be made and I’ve almost completely accepted this without too much angst or sadness.

This framework sits quietly underneath all of the work we do together. Whether we meet once or work together over several months, the aim is always the same: more steadiness, clearer decisions, and a life that works with your body.

what CHANGES HERE…

This is what clients describe, often before they expect it:

More clarity around what matters now

Less fear when symptoms fluctuate

Pacing their energy without guilt or second-guessing

Making decisions with more confidence

Steadier relationships with work, family, and commitments

Rebuilding trust in themselves and their bodies

Not because symptoms disappear. But because the relationship to them changes.

When your nervous system is steadier, your decisions become clearer.

BOOK AN INTRO CALL

30 minutes. No pressure. No obligation. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so — and I’ll do my best to point you somewhere useful instead.

The question isn’t whether you can cope. You’ve already proven you can.
The question is how long you want to keep doing it alone.

Is this the right support for you?

This is a good fit if you:

  • want clarity without forcing your body beyond what it can sustain
  • are willing to explore patterns rather than pretending they aren’t there
  • want steady, sustainable change rather than quick fixes
  • value support that works alongside your healthcare team, not against it

This is unlikely to be the right fit if you:

  • expect medical diagnosis or treatment from coaching
  • want someone to tell you exactly what to do
  • are looking for productivity or push-through solutions
  • prefer not to explore emotional or nervous system patterns

Choose your level of support

All packages are grounded in the same capacity-first approach. The difference is depth and time.

The question isn’t whether this works. It’s how deeply you want to go.

Three month support.

Stability & Recalibration

For when you know something needs to change and you’re ready to address it properly.

This programme focuses on stabilising your foundations, knowing your real capacity, regulating your nervous system, interrupting push-crash patterns, and beginning to make decisions that reflect the life you’re living now.

Structured, contained, and paced to respect your energy.

Best suited to you if you want:

  • sustainable progress that holds in real life
  • steadier pacing and energy management
  • clarity around patterns that keep repeating

9 × 60-minute sessions (weekly or fortnightly), personalised tools and frameworks, email support between sessions.

Six months support.

Deep Integration & Self-Leadership

For when you’re ready to rebuild how you live with chronic illness, not just manage it.

Six months creates space for deeper identity shifts, long-standing pattern change, and real-time support through the complexity of everyday life. This is where the work gets integrated — not just understood.

We move beyond stabilisation into sustainable self-leadership: decisions that reflect your real capacity, values, and the life you actually want to be living.

Best suited to you if you want:

  • steady support as real-life challenges unfold
  • identity-level shifts after years of chronic illness disruption
  • deeper integration across pacing, boundaries, work, and relationships

INVESTMENT

£2000

Not sure which is right for you? That’s exactly what the intro call is for. We’ll work it out together.

Looking for something more focused?

A half-day intensive (£375) or single session (£150) may be the right starting point depending on where you are right now. These aren’t listed publicly, but if either feels more like what you need, just mention it when we speak.

What working together looks like.

If you’ve never worked with a coach before, it’s completely natural to wonder how this works. Here’s what to expect:

01.

BOOK A CONVERSATION

We start with a free 30-minute call, a chance to talk through what you’re navigating and whether this support feels like the right fit.

There’s no pressure to decide on the call and no obligation either way.

02.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT

If we both feel it’s a good fit, we agree on the programme that best suits where you are right now. You’ll receive a straightforward agreement covering structure and payment, nothing complicated.

03.

BEGIN THE WORK

Once your first session is booked, we start. Sessions are structured but responsive, shaped around what’s most relevant for you at the time. The pace respects your capacity. Nothing here is designed to overwhelm.

“She allowed me to take a step back, re-evaluate my goals and values, and breathe when I felt overwhelmed.”

unsure?

That’s normal

Coaching isn’t an impulse purchase.

You’re not booking a holiday or buying something with instant gratification. You’re choosing to look at something that likely feels uncomfortable — and that deserves thought.

If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, that’s exactly why we talk first.

The purpose of the call is mutual fit.
You need to know I’m the right coach for you.
I need to know I can support you well.

Let’s answer your questions.

Most people who reach out feel this way. Chronic illness rarely fits neat boxes, symptoms fluctuate, responsibilities shift, and decisions involve many moving parts. You don’t need to simplify your story before we speak.

Women living with long-term or chronic illness, navigating identity shifts, capacity changes, or uncertainty. Clients include professionals, parents, business owners, and carers.

That hesitation is very common. This work isn’t about doing things perfectly or following a rigid plan. It’s about understanding your capacity and making clearer decisions within the reality of your life. The aim is steadiness, not performance.

Sessions are structured but responsive to what’s most live for you. We begin with the current challenge, decision, or pattern you’re navigating and work at the level that creates real change, not just surface solutions.

Depending on what’s needed, we may work with somatic awareness, mindset shifts, emotional processing, behavioural adjustment, or deeper unconscious patterns. I integrate coaching, neuroscience, trauma-informed practice, and NLP-based approaches where appropriate.

You don’t need to arrive with everything organised. Part of this work is creating steadiness when life already feels complex.

In person (Wiltshire, UK) or virtually via Zoom.

No. Coaching is forward-focused and practical. While we may explore emotional patterns and nervous system responses, this isn’t psychotherapy or trauma treatment. If therapeutic support is needed, I’ll always recommend appropriate professionals. This work complements medical and therapeutic care — it doesn’t replace it.

We don’t diagnose, treat, or alter medical plans. Instead, coaching supports you to navigate decisions, manage energy and stress, and work with your body more intentionally. Many clients find it strengthens how they engage with their healthcare team.

hree or six-month programmes, with sessions weekly or fortnightly depending on what best supports your capacity. Between sessions you have email or text support within agreed boundaries. Some clients finish their programme feeling complete. Others choose occasional maintenance sessions after that. We work it out together.

There’s a 24-hour cancellation policy, but chronic illness is unpredictable and flexibility is built into how we work. Flare-related changes are always handled with understanding. This support is designed to work with your reality, not add to it.

Yes. If a flare, hospital stay, or unexpected event arises, sessions can be paused briefly so that the work fits your life rather than pressuring it.

If after your first session you feel this isn’t the right fit, you can step away. The goal is alignment, not obligation.

The next step is a conversation. Not a commitment. Just a chance to talk through what you’re navigating and whether this support would help.

30 minutes. No pressure. No obligation. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so.

LATEST CASE STUDY

TRACY

When Tracy came to coaching she was exhausted, not just by her condition, but by the constant fight against it.

Every day felt like a battle she was losing. She knew what her body could no longer do, and she resented it. That resentment kept her caught in a cycle of pushing too hard, crashing, and then pulling back completely. There was no middle ground. No steadiness.

What Tracy wanted wasn’t to feel ill less often. She wanted to stop feeling angry all the time.

Through our work together, something became clear: the resistance to her condition was costing her more than the condition itself. The energy she was spending fighting her reality was the energy she didn’t have left for her life.

As that resistance softened, her sense of control returned — not because her health changed, but because her relationship to it did.

That’s the shift this work is built around. Not removing chronic illness. Changing the relationship to it, so life feels different day to day.
(name changed)

  • greater acceptance of living with a chronic condition
  • deeper awareness of her patterns and needs
  • more self-compassion and less internal conflict

“Fight actually just adds another layer of resistance. Acceptance is powerful — it gives me autonomy, it gives me more control. Resistance to acceptance feels like I’m in control, but it puts me in a weird trap where I actually have less control.”

On Investment

Living in constant negotiation with your body is expensive.

Emotionally. Professionally. Relationally.

Push-crash cycles, reactive decisions, and constantly paying back energy you didn’t really have to spend — that has a cost too. It just doesn’t come with an invoice.

This work reduces that long-term cost by increasing clarity, steadiness, and sustainable decision-making.

It isn’t about dramatic transformation. It’s about structural change. And structural change holds.

Are you ready to relate to your chronic illness differently?

Not by fighting it. Not by pretending it isn’t there. But by working with it, with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

30 minutes. No pressure. No obligation. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll say so.
